Terms of service

Effective from August 26, 2026, between CO Mitt AB (Swedish org. no. 559191-9765) and you as a customer.

The service

Nisenta is a cloud-based platform that helps you work continuously on compliance with NIS2, GDPR, and (as an add-on) the Cyber Resilience Act. The service is a support tool - the legal assessment of whether and how the legislation applies to your business is always your own responsibility.

Pricing and payment

Pricing is based on number of employees per the price list in effect at any given time at nisenta.com/pris. Invoicing follows your chosen check-in frequency (monthly, quarterly, or biannual). The CRA module is an optional add-on with separate pricing.

Commitment period and cancellation

There is no minimum commitment period. Cancellation must be in writing, for example via support@nisenta.com, and takes effect three months after we receive it.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for ensuring the data you enter is accurate, that your login credentials are kept secure, and that only authorized people in your organization are given access to the account. The number of employees you report determines your price tier and may be checked against the public company register - if it's inaccurate, we'll adjust your price tier afterward.

Limitation of liability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee a specific uptime. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages. Nisenta doesn't replace legal advice.

Personal data processing

How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy. If you need a Data Processing Agreement, contact us and we'll arrange it.

Intellectual property

The platform, its code, and its design are owned by CO Mitt AB. The data you enter into the service yourselves is and remains your property.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll announce material changes in advance by email or within the service.

Governing law

Swedish law governs the agreement. Disputes are resolved through dialogue in the first instance, otherwise by Swedish general courts.
